Pinned Review

What is a Pinned Review?

If you have received a review that you would particularly like visitors to your daynurseries.co.uk profile to read, you can select it as a Pinned Review. It will then appear second from the top of your list of reviews.

Pinned Review allows you to pin one review for each of your profiles, allowing you to showcase the most useful review. A Pinned Review shows at all times as:

• the review showing on your listing on all search result pages
• the 2nd Review listed on your profile page
• the 2nd Review showing on your Review Widget

As well as manually selecting your pinned review, there is an 'auto selection' option that will automatically select the highest-rated review in the last 12 months. Please note that any manually selected pinned review must be a review posted within the last 12 months.

The feature is available with a Platinum subscription. 

Why use a Pinned Review?

Using the Pinned Review feature is a great way to highlight a review that you particularly want visitors to your profile to see. It may be a glowing review that you are proud of, or informative and relevant.

Some people leave comprehensive reviews that can be really helpful for current and prospective parents, so pinning a review is a great way to help parents and your nursery. Pinning a brilliant review can also generate enquiries.

How to pin a review

1. Access your daynurseries.co.uk dashboard.
2. From the menu on the left, select Reviews > Generate & Display (Online) > Pined Review. 
3. Choose the nursery you would like to pin a review for (if applicable) and click Select Review. 
4. A pop-up menu will appear showing all reviews that were published in the last 12 months. Select the review you wish to pin. 
5. Click Save Changes. You can change which review is pinned or unpin it at any time.
