What is a Highlighted Review Phrase?

Platinum subscribers can use the Highlighted Review Phrases feature to showcase words and phrases that frequently pop up in reviews.

You can choose up to 5 words or phrases that often appear in reviews left on your daynurseries.co.uk profile. These will then be shown at the top of your reviews, and visitors to your profile can click on them to see all reviews containing the highlighted phrase.

Why use a Highlighted Review Phrase?

Using Highlighted Review Phrases is a great way to showcase what parents and guardians frequently comment on when reviewing your nursery. It shows what you are most praised for, giving peace of mind to potential new customers and potentially generating more enquiries. Say you chose ‘health and safety’ as one of your highlighted review phrases, visitors to your profile would be able to filter reviews down to those containing that phrase, which would be greatly reassuring if excellent health and safety was something they were looking for in a nursery.

How to turn on a Highlighted Review Phrase

To select Highlighted Review Phrases:

1. Go to your daynurseries.co.uk dashboard.
2. From the menu on the left, cli8ck Reviews > Generate & Display (Online) > Highlighted Review Phrases. 
3. Select your setting and click Edit. 
4. You will see some words and phrases that have appeared in your reviews, with how many times they have appeared shown in brackets. Select up to 5 by dragging and dropping them into the box provided. It is helpful to choose phrases that have appeared numerous times, but any that you would like to draw attention to are good. 
5. Once you are happy with your selection and the order they are listed, click Show Highlighted Review Phrases for all Settings at the top right of the page.
